J-INSPIRE follows the ethical standards and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All parties involved – authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher – must adhere to the following:
For Authors

Submit original work only; do not submit simultaneously to multiple journals.

All authors must have contributed significantly and agree to the final version.

Acknowledge all sources and obtain permissions for reused material.

No falsification, fabrication, or misleading data.

Report any errors promptly to the editor.
For Reviewers

Treat manuscripts as confidential.

Decline to review if there is a conflict of interest.

Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews.

Do not use knowledge from the manuscript for personal gain.
For Editors

Make fair and unbiased decisions based solely on scholarly merit.

Maintain confidentiality.

Handle complaints and appeals transparently.

Take appropriate action in cases of suspected misconduct (e.g., retractions, corrections).
Any suspected violation will be investigated according to COPE guidelines.
