Publication Ethics

J-INSPIRE follows the ethical standards and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All parties involved – authors, reviewers, editors, and the publisher – must adhere to the following:

For Authors

  • Submit original work only; do not submit simultaneously to multiple journals.

  • All authors must have contributed significantly and agree to the final version.

  • Acknowledge all sources and obtain permissions for reused material.

  • No falsification, fabrication, or misleading data.

  • Report any errors promptly to the editor.

For Reviewers

  • Treat manuscripts as confidential.

  • Decline to review if there is a conflict of interest.

  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews.

  • Do not use knowledge from the manuscript for personal gain.

For Editors

  • Make fair and unbiased decisions based solely on scholarly merit.

  • Maintain confidentiality.

  • Handle complaints and appeals transparently.

  • Take appropriate action in cases of suspected misconduct (e.g., retractions, corrections).

Any suspected violation will be investigated according to COPE guidelines.
